Upcoming useage dates in 2024 are July 19 to August 2 (two weeks) and October 11 -18. In 2025 dates are July 18 to August 1 and October 10 - 17 and for 2026 July 17 -31 & October 9-16. This is a lock-off unit - which allows you to rent out one bed & bath (with microwave & mini-fridge) as a hotel room while you use/enjoy the main living area and other bed/bath. Check out the sky-chute views from the all-season balcony!! Copper is ROCKIN in July / August or enjoy fall colors in October. Village Square is in Center Village & 225 yards to American Eagle Lift. Close to great concerts, festivals, use the bumper boats on West Lake or zip line over it, on-mountain fun includes Rocky Mountain Coaster, chairlift rides & mtn biking/hiking. Check out summer camps at Woodward, get a round or two in at Copper Creek Golf Course or play disc golf! Quarterly dues for all 3 weeks = $481.80. Covers electric, gas, cable, internet, water/sewer, common area maintenance, property taxes, and check in/out & unit cleaning on departure date. Bring your dog too as owner pets are allowed. Or Trade your weeks for exotic travel destinations (through designated travel partners, fees may apply). The Mountains are calling !!!
